Top Tech Stocks
Technology stocks were firming in late trading, with the shares of tech stocks in the S&P 500 adding about 1.6% in value while the Philadelphia Semiconductor Index was rising almost 2.7%.

(+) Nano Dimension ( NNDM ) was up about 1% in recent trading after the maker of three-dimensional printed circuit board printers said it has signed Amtech to be the first reseller of its DragonFly Pro System in the Czech and Slovak Republics and adjacent areas.
In other sector news:
(+) Skyworks Solutions ( SWKS ) climbed as much as 5% during Wednesday trading. The specialty chipmaker lowered its fiscal Q1 forecast below analyst projections. It sees non-GAAP earnings for the three months ended Dec. 28 in a range of $1.81 to $1.84 per share, down from its prior view and the Capital IQ consensus expecting $1.91 per share.
(-) IZEA Worldwide ( IZEA ) has erased most of an 11.5% decline after the online marketplace connecting brands and publishers with content creators Wednesday said it has signed a non-binding letter of intent to acquire privately held FLUVIP Ventures, a marketing firm targeting Latin America and US Hispanics. Specific terms of the proposed cash-and-stock transaction were not disclosed.
(-) SMART Global Holdings ( SGH ) slumped as much as 29% on Wednesday after the DRAM memory components company reported fiscal Q1 net income lagging Wall Street forecasts. It also provided downbeat guidance for fiscal Q2.
