Top Health Care Stocks
Health care stocks were were narrowly lower, including a less than 0.1% drop for the NYSE Health Care Index in recent trade. Shares of health care companies in the S&P 500 also were down under 0.1% as a group while the Nasdaq Biotechnology index was climbing 0.3%.

(-) Abiomed ( ABMD ) declined Monday, falling 3%, after late Friday saying William Bolt announced plans to step down after 37 years at the medical device company. Starting April 1, Bolt will begin transitioning out of his current role as senior vice president of regulatory and clinical programs and cease being an executive officer when he formally retires on May 31.

(+) NantKwest ( NK ) jumped 33% after board chairman and CEO Dr. Patrick Soon-Shiong exercised warrants to buy nearly 17.6 million shares of the company's shares at $1.9984 apiece on March 21 and also exercised options to buy another 1.85 million shares for $2.1983 each.
(-) MediWound ( MDWD ) fell 3% on Monday. The Israeli biotech company reported Q4 net income of $0.39 per share, reversing a $0.09 per share net loss during the year-ago period and beating the Capital IQ consensus expecting a $0.16 per share net loss.
(-) Sarepta Therapeutics ( SRPT ) slipped 3%. The genetic medicines company earlier Monday presented "encouraging" nine-month data from the first four patients with Duchenne muscular dystrophy in a phase I open-label study of its micro-dystrophin gene therapy candidate.
